Do you think Jewish women make great girlfriend/wives regardless if you are a Jew or Gentile?

I decided to ask this question since Jews up to this day seem to still suffer anti-semitic prejudice, only it became more subtle, which saddens me. I'm no Jewish person but my girlfriend, who is one (an Ashkenazi Jew), is one of the most beautiful and kindest women/people (with a heart or gold) I've ever known hence one of the reasons (along with her fun personality) why she is now my girlfriend. Unfortunately, despite her innocent and kind personality, she used to have to put up with many boneheaded Anti-Semitic remarks throughout her high school years since she was the only Jewish person in school (getting "Heil Hitler" chants thrown at her, being blamed for social and economic problems in the western world, etc.).

(The pictures below is not my girlfriend but beautiful Jewish women since Jews are often stereotyped as hideous large-nosed people with naturally curly hair)

Some Native American tribes were flat out just extinct from certain colonizations and yet some Jews today act like they're still in the highest hierarchy of "victimhood" or oppression (above Blacks and Native Americans) because of the holocaust.
