How do deal with boyfriends strict parents?

My boyfriend and I have been together for a while. I am his first girlfriend. He is 21 lives with his parents and has a full time job. He can only see me once a week because his parents can’t know we are together for right now (long story) so he says he goes out to a friends when he sees me. The problem is apparently, his parents think that he’s going out “too much” and isn’t focusing on his life goals. Which would be understandable if he went out everyday.. but he doesn’t. He texts me all the time after work so I know he’s not with anyone else, plus his parents are so “strict” how could he be? I really want to see him more than once a week. I love him so much, I just don’t know how to handle this. Any ideas on what I should say/do? Just let it be until he tells his parents?

He's 21 has a job lives with his parents and can not tell them he has a gf? I could see this if he was a teen but this doesn't make sense. What is the reason he can not tell em he has a gf?

Encourage him to leave the nest. Eventually he need to get his own place. If he doesn't seriously take that into consideration, you might want reconsider him.
