Or would you think the girl is easy. I can tell if he just wants sex or not. He says he's looking for a relantionship. But so did the last guy I was involved with but he just wanted sex. Anyway, on our date, we saw a movie first and then went to dinner and then hung at his place. At the movies, he put his arm around me, held my hand and even kissed my hand a few times. I thought it was a bit soon but since we've been talking everyday for three weeks, I don't know. He was not smooth at all with his moves, like physically rough, jerky. He said sorry he was so awkward. After the movie he put his arm over my shoulder a few times and in the car he held my hand and kissed it many times. At his place, we cuddled a ton and he was still not smooth lol. But he like multiple times pulled me close and squeezed me so tight. He also like rubbed my hips, arms and held/played with my hands a lot. We made out and then would stop and then kiss again, like we couldn't stop. When we would stop, he would kiss my nose, cheeks, or forehead. He also kissed my neck which was amazing and at one point started to going on me, which is where I stopped him. And I was like I don't want to have sex right now and he was I'm sorry, he didn't want to make me uncomfortable.. And then after that we would just stare into each other's eyes and play with each other's hands, like counting fingers, like putting our hands together like we were gonna give eachother a highfive..

part of me feels like he really does like me and the other part feels like he just wants to have sex with me and is doing these things to seduce me. What do you guys think he wants?

I think it's partially a personal thing. Some couples are totally comfortable at any level of intimacy that early on. If you would rather let things build up for a while, just make it a sexy little game. Have him spend the night at your house (when you are comfortable enough, of course), and snuggle up with him when you go to sleep. Let that physical contact, and your bodies' chemistry, cement the bond that will make sex more rewarding. If you do that a few times, he will be more likely to stay.

Anything that any of us say is purely a guess. Why not tell him that you don't have sex until you have been on at least a dozen dates with a guy. If he leaves and you never hear from him again, you know that all he wanted is sex. If he hangs around, continues to date you and show interest, you can always tell him that you are making a exception to the rule just for him.

I texted him after that date about how I felt and that if things continued to go went well then it wouldn't be for a long time that I would have sex with him and that I wanted to take it slow ND he said he was okay with that

I... I can't really know either. The rules are so different for men and women that I can't put myself in your shoes, but I'll try.

Suppose he wants you to be the mother of his children (the most serious relationship possible). He wants to make sure that you're attracted to him, that you see him not only as a friend, or a nice guy, but as someone who is sexy, confident, charming etc. All the things you're describing, are ways that he's using to make you attracted to him on a physical level, and therefore ensuring that you won't leave for a more dominant guy.

On the other hand, yes, maybe he just wants sex, who knows! Is that bad even? What if he just wants sex? You both enjoy the moment, and if he leaves afterwards, that's his problem, you'll find better, who cares? It's not like he'll become a better person, or more attracted to you if you deny sex, whatever his intentions are they'll stay the same. Now, maybe you don't want to "reward" him with sex, if that's the only thing he wants, that's fair, but there is no magic secret to find his intentions. You have to choose to either trust him or not.

As far as what he wants, you'd have to ask him directly and hope he's honest with you. When I had sex on the first date, it wasn't just sex, I wanted more with her. But for some guys it is just sex. You'll only know by asking him though.
