Since Japanese people are known to be cold and not affectionate, especially not out in public, this makes me wonder. I've heard that some Japanese women from certain parts of Japan, like affection but only when it's behind closed doors.
I'm asking this since I just met a female exchange Japanese student at my University and no lie, I find her beautiful and thought of asking her out but at the right place and right time.
