I’m 22 and I’ve been dating this 21 years old guy for 3 months. He is good looking and charming but the problème is that he like to spoil too much! At first i thought it was cute the way he was begging me to ask him to buy me something, he came from a wealthy family and I can’t help but think that he’s a real gold digger’s dreamy boyfriend. For example we cuddle and then he tell me that he was thinking about an expansive dress that he wanted to buy me. I can’t even complain to my friends without being bashed like an ungrateful girlfriend, but I don’t feel that it’s a relationship. I mean.. imagine a kid and his parents buy him candies and chocolat and force him to eat them every hours. That’s how I feel, and when I tell him that I just want a cuddle instead of an expansive present he start to get mad. He even told me once that he love to spend money on me and that’s it’s turn him on, and I really started to freak out. I don’t want a selfish jerk as a boyfriend but this one act like a real doormat. I get very embarrassed when he say during sex that his d*ck belongs to me, or when we go out he say that his wallet is also mine, and that I am his queen! It may sound cute but for me it’s too creepy. Am I the true problem? Please I’m really confused
he is just trying to please you, he doesn't know how to convey his feelings and is stuck in a love bubble. he may feel inadequate for you affections and is overcompensating for low self esteem. if you love him you have to get him to focus on himself first before thinking about you. has he got a job does he earn his own money? have you allowed him to be overatentive or even promoted it to a point you now dislike. hormones can be crazy too. can you spend a couple of days apart... without contact
