No. It can feel kinda true if a guy has been feeling suffocated or falling behind with their responsibilities. In those cases he might resent spending time with you. It will feel true for her because once he is done with that, the next time he sees her he might be excited again. He will “realize” he is in love with you when he is deciding and choosing what to do for the day/week and the girl has increasing become a priority in his schedule.
