Dating woman from yoga class, How go about it?

Hey all,

I have been going to yoga after a psychiatrist did suggest for me to go, to help me and working my shit out...

Yoga is helping me with that, and my body as well...

I have always known there is a lot of women go to a yoga class but for some reason, I did not go, but since I have been going for about two weeks I have been kind of kicking myself for not going earlier...

Since I have been going and I have noticed all the hot women that do go, my question is how do I go about talking to them so I can date them and more? IE What to and what not to say?

I would think, be friendly when you have the opportunity. Yet, don’t over do it. Just like anywhere else it takes time and don’t push it. You don’t want to turn the majority of women off in your class. Anyway, many are probably married, so be friendly and see where it goes. Also, focus on the real reason you are there.

Ask them about their diet?

Wow you are in really good shape... what kind of diet are you on? If they are vegan or keto then they will probably talk your ear off about it.

Then that is your in... ask them for some pointers and make a lunch date at whole foods.

Sounds good, but what other things can I ask... I don't want to be that guy who is asking all of the women the same question and they start talking about why I'm doing that...

Is there a place of a list of topics I can talk about, and be honest about it...

I don't know of any list TBH. I would just comment on something she’s holding or wearing or
something that’s happening around you both (music playing, thunderstorm, etc)

Right before class starts... look to see who is next to you and around you... say "hey I am Tom I will be your yoga neighbor today... nice to meet you."

Probably get a smile or a laugh... this really all comes down to personality and being your true self and using humor to stand out.

Yoga is also a great topic... ask them why they chose yoga? When they ask you back have something funny first like "I do yoga because punching people is frowned upon" but seriously.. then tell them.

Either way let us know what happens... curious to hear.

Ok, I will... I just need to get there before people go in to the room... I’m not that kind of guy to stand out like that, but maybe one time I will try that I’m your “Yoga Neighbour”, I planning do more after class... To me it’s more me...

Hi Coach,

I have managed to get to a yoga class before people did go into the room... This is my 2nd time doing this and I did start to talk to an older lady that I did talk to the 1st time... I did ask her about her experience with yoga in the past and she did tell me about some other styles of yoga that I did not know about before... Also a different place she did try out before...

So I can see talking to women before class is helping, I have talked to some after class... But it's a quick one and most of the time they are talking to someone that they already know and that's cool... With the ones that are not I start off with saying something that is going on at the time like today, a very nice woman in my mind was putting on her boots "We are in Canada" I did say you all most got it on without using your hands... Then I did say, I can put my shoes on without my hands but, my shoelaces get undone all the time... I don't know if that is something dumb or not... I should of look at her to see how she did respond to that... I need to work on that... Got any tips for tricks for that?

But if there is no one who is not talking to anybody should I want or just go? I don't want to be labeled as the guy who is only coming to hit on the women... Or should I let them know that I own that idea that I'm here to do yoga and talk to them and want to take them out on a date? or is that too much too fast, I have been doing yoga for less from a month...

I have yet to say "Hey I am Tom I will be your yoga neighbor today... nice to meet you." the reason I'm saying to myself the room is quiet and most if not all of them are on there backs and eyes are closed and probably don't want me to talk to them at that time...
