Why is the girl I like leaving me on read now?

I’ve been talking to a girl I like for about a week or so, and everything was going pretty well. I think she kind of likes me because we have been snapchatting back and forth for a week or so and we’ve talked about getting to know each other better after this whole thing with this virus calms down, but today I’ve been snapping her and getting left on opened now. Is there something I’ve done wrong? What should I do to get her talking to me again? Or am I just freaking out when I shouldn’t be? Thanks
