How can a man be most romantic towards a woman?

Is it just having tons of money and spending in on women?
I hear talks how the romantic moments for women always involves the man having a lot of money or spending a lot of money to woo his woman. This is like the most often used ways to romance a woman.
If that is the case, then young men are completely out of luck unless they're like 6ix9ine or little pump or Juice WRLD.
Is that truth or is that ignorance? Be honest like death or don't comment.

First off- NO, not just money!

Women that are only impressed by how much money you throw at them are not girlfriend and wife material- that's a golddigger. That type of women won't make you happy.

In my opinion, the best, easiest (and cheapest) way to be romantic towards a woman is listen. That's it. Pay attention to us, show us you care and most important, offer to listen to us. There is nothing better than a guy that not only wants to hear about my day, or something about my life, but then uses that knowledge he gained from listening to me and applies it.

For example: if I tell a guy some minor detail about myself, and he not only remembers it, but brings it up later, or treats me to something to show he was paying attention?
Now that's romance.

Not just money you say? So money is romantic to women. So the Green paper can effectively spark feelings, although the wrong type.

Funny thing is that i told women that i will be there if they want to talk or want to see me. And then i never heard from them anymore. Even after reaching out. This Happened like 3 times by now. One of them even told me, that I'm handsome.

However, if a guy is just throwing money around in an attempt to impress us? It doesn't work (always- again, it does work on the WRONG TYPE OF WOMEN).

Effort and sacrifice. Sacrifice is important, it's not so much about money as it is the sacrifice of how much you think they are worth. Whatever money you make, try to make a sizable sacrifice for them. If you are poor it could even be 50 bucks. It's not about spending as much money as possible other wise they won't want you. It's a sacrifice of what you have for them. Show them they mean something that is worth it, that they are special to you
