Is this a sign of a manipulator?

I stopped talking to this girl for now because I actually met her ex. He said he broke up with her because:

1) she lied about wanting to have sex with him when the relationship started.

2) she kept trying to use sex as a reward for doing things like washing the car/running errands for her. (Never actually ended up having sex though)

3) told him to stop masturbating because he was in a relationship with her.

I don't know about y'all but, that seems like a red flag to me. Should I even bother responding to her again? I took her to a play for our first date a while back, and she's been wanting to go out and do all these things since then, but she has never once offered to pay for anything. I feel used.
Is this a sign of a manipulator?
