I been talking to the woman for a while now and I already told her my age and she’s cool with it saying I’m mature for my age and she was asking me if I was ok to talking to a older woman. I said yes. I was just wondering does it sound weird

i am in no way saying go out and date a dam 16 year old, but, it is a possiblity a man may find them selves in romantic relation ship and never asked the age,

as an adult, if had a young lady of 16 or worse 15, . i would be
really be like, going to the parents discussing the situation, at hand
. i would sudjest that their condtions that are required
1 you must have good grades,
2 you must or try to get a job, over the summer breaks,
3 you must persue, your ged and car licence,
4 must constintly save your money for retirement and other stuff
5 all message, pics, will be showen to your parents, any phone calls will be recorded.

if you can follow those rules, then your parants will allow it, but you are forbiden to come to my place unless your parent comes too.

when i was 16 i was allowed to drink but only under supervision,. my parents belived that allowing us to drink at and well smoke weed with supervision would pervent us from abuseing the stuff,.

i had ok parents, but i always wounder, why am i like this, why do i think about life, and universe, and such things as age , stuff,
my dad is not like this
nor my step mom or my birth mom,

i belive its a mixture of being abused alll my life and haveing bad childhood and teens kinda, and anime, that allowed me to think about why.

I would say it depends on what your comfortable with. For example, I have a current dating age range from 20-28. Now obviously there will most likely be somewhat of a gap in maturity and most likely a major gap in terms of work experience related to jobs in a professional career but it all comes down to interest and preferences. As long as you are interested in someone and you don't feel weird or feel like the gaps for maturity are too much and that they are X years older or younger than you then I can't find a reason why that would not be okay
