What to do about a touchy feely guy on a second date?

I went on a second date with a guy who i met online. We had some food then we took a quiet walk on the riverside. He was smitten by me. I was still trying to figure out if i liked him or not. He kept asking to hold my hand but i refused because i didn't like him that way yet. We sat down on a bench and he put his arm around my shoulders. 15 minutes later, he moved his body closer to me. Another 10 minutes later, he put both of his arms around my waist so that he's holding me. I just felt like his arms were really close to my breasts and he wanted to eventually sexually touch me.

Should I just stop seeing him? Do you think these types of guys sleep around with a lot of women?

I wouldn't jump to any conclusions. I haven't met him obviously, but it may not be "these types of guys" as much as maybe he thinks things are going well? Also, have you guys discussed what each of you are looking for (ie leading to a relationship or casual)? If not, do this! Don't make any assumptions. But don't "just stop seeing him", that's cowardly (how would you feel if he did it to you?). Simply TALK to him. First, establish what you both are looking for (if you haven't), then simply tell him that you need to take things a bit slower and aren't comfortable yet with the touching. If he truly likes you and is interested, he'll completely understand and this won't be an issue.
