What does it mean, if a guy is suddenly busy and doesn't know when this will change?

So got to know this guy on Tinder 4 weeks ago, had great contact, went on one date, actually wanted to see each other last week, but I had to cancel, because something for in my way. So we agreed to meet Saturday but he suddenly didn't know how much time he's have and that he might be very busy. When I asked him if he's still interested in getting to know me better, he replied he's very busy at the moment, left it vague when he might have time again & said "so because of this the answer to your question is no". I don't understand, why he suddenly is so busy... I told him I understand, didn't want to pressure him but would like to get to know him better when he'd be free again. No response since 3 days...
What's your experiences in such a thing? How can I deal now except of not contacting him again?

If he's too busy for you then NEXT him. And find a guy that ISN'T too busy for you. What are we missing here?

Your duty in dating, your job, if you will, is to make a determination, to judge, to discern, whether it's a match or not. Most simply will not be. So what I'm getting at there, why you think you can manufacture some kind of attraction and desire from this guy. If he's not gaga for you, all in for you, why are you even wasting your time? Why don't you date a guy that IS?

Yeah, ignore him and move on. Or send him one last message and mention how disappointed you are.

I bet there won't be a reply though so I guess it's better to ignore him and concentrate on my life instead and treat it as a rejection and throw any hope out of the window as soon as possible as I don't need to torture or hurt myself any longer
