No one wants to love a man if he is poor or struggling in life

It's a pure biology, sorry to break it to you. The point of dating from the female perspective is to find someone strong enough that you are willing to take his genes and to produce the offspring. You also need someone that can sufficiently protect and feed you while you take care of the baby. Keep in mind that human babies are by far the most fragile creatures on Earth for so long, no other animal requires as much care.

It makes perfect sense that women seeks maturity and stability (social, financial..) in men. The good thing is that you don't necessarily have those qualities yet, a potential to become that is often enough.

You don't become something overnight you need to work for it and during this time support is often required so woman would rather choose an established one then the one is on the way to achieve something in life!
