To you maybe but that’s heavily skewed by a social standard that’s irrationally set and practically unobtainable for the general population.

Overweight is a BMI of 25.1 or higher that’s an irrefutable medical standard which itself is under scrutiny since BMI was made by insurance actuaries not doctors and it doesn’t have any real scientific value to health.

While it’s impossible to say her exact BMI since we don’t have her height and weight, it’s very unlikely she’s actually overweight. Average height in the US is 5’ 4” that means assuming she is average height (which is don’t believe she is looks about 5’ 7” to me personally) she’d have to weight 155 lbs to be overweight. she has very little fat in her breast and just a tiny amount in her hips and stomach. I’d say her weight is 150 lbs at most. Which would make her a normal weight not hover weight.

Just further shows how absurd and irrational the BMI scale is in reality and why this insurance scale needs to be abandoned by the medical community.

Also unhealthy isn’t a number on a scale, why they myth continues to perpetuate is because people are influenced by media to think dangerously underweight is ideal.

Last I checked medical research is finding something like 3/4ths of people that are considered overweight (a BMI of 26 to 29) or obese (BMI of 30+) using BMI are healthy and a plurality of people (IIRC about 30%) of people that are “normal” weight using BMI are not healthy. Unfortunately as medical research continues to state both society and medicine is heavily biased by physical appearances.
