Use me for reference even though I’m technically obese, you get the picture. I lift heavy at least 3 days a week and I love my carbs. I want to live a long life, but I struggle making healthy choices food wise. I also over compensate in how I dress to feel better about myself💀
Overweight isn't the problem. The problem is people don't know how to dress for their size and wear things that will look good on their figure. Dressing well will make the person look a million times better.
As long as they weren't crazy big, then yeah.
