Why no girl want to date me?

No matter what i do i can't find a single girl who wants to go on a date with me, i go to pubs every weekend and always try to pick up girls, also despite I'm 24 i have a house, car and nice job while most men of my age are poor in my country. I also have a good physique, I'm tall and with a good sense of humor, I'm also at the uni and my iq is over 140 so i don't understand why i can't pick up any good looking girl! Im noot talking about having a girlfriend i can't even get a date! So please tell me the secret, i learned a lot about seduction with no success and i see that most guys of my age always have a girlfriend. Also i dont know why but of the few girls that like me, most if not all are foreigners and not very attractive, never had a chance picking up a girl above 7

Update: Its not like im 100% focused on picking up girls, i have almost no free time but i take any oportunity i can be in pubs, the street, shopings, dating apps, gym...

I have some ideas about what could be the problem, my car isn't the best and i could be more ripped, also i could earn more money to travel a lot and get nice pics for tinder/instagram, i could do that but the frustration i get whith this problem is so big that i just want to fkng die

The first step if I were you is to stop rating girls out of 10. Calling them unattractive won't win you over to them either.

6 then but girls don't give the same importance to appearance than us, i could be a 9 or a 10 if tried really hard at the gym and with some cosmetic surgery but i see 5-6 guys with girls i would like to date

I can't lower my standards, basically i only want a nice face, thin body and no kids, i don't think that's too much

Girls don't date anyone with who isn't in st least 1 of the 4 aspects of the 6 club (6 pack, 6 figures, 6 inches and 6 foot) and guys date even less than that the fear of being MeTooed is that high
