So, got talking with this girl 3 weeks back. She seems alright, cute, thought she had a different atmosphere around her. So we arranged to meet up, all of sudden she goes quiet for 2 days, I set a date, she replies back with "Wish I could, but I'm busy with work everyday." Checked her story out of the blue today, she's going out with other people, friends, day and night. I sense bullshit personally. Thinking about either confronting her with "So we going to meet up then at some point, or am I wasting my time here?" But not sure, just thinking about ghosting and blocking her. What do you guys think? It's definitely bullshit if you claim you are too bust to go out with someone, but are going out for hours day and night with other people. Thank you for any responses

I think your hypothetical question is okay. I vote for you to send that, as opposed to ghosting and blocking. We humans need to at least try to communicate. This whole ghost/block thing is really out of hand.

The only thing is... her posts are about thing she had done, not things she is going to do. There's a small chance she was socializing, but now she's going to be more busy working.
I think it's bullshit too, most likely. I'm not naive. I'm just saying that if you assume (in this case, and in all cases) that it's all a lie, eventually you're going to come up against a case where a person was legit busy, and they're going to be offended by an accusation otherwise. So that's a risk you have to keep in mind.
She's probably being a brat and dismissive, and I think it's ok to ask for a direct response. But people do change their minds, right; the more information comes in.
It's probably best overall to say something, but not be hugely confrontational - so much so that it would ruin any possible future.
Go with your gut, send that message. It's better than feeling resentful that she will continue to be vague, and waste your time.

You'd confront someone over this? And who are you to "check her story"? She doesn't owe anything to you just because you talked, and maybe she just wasn't feeling it and didn't have the courage to just tell you. For all we know she "checked up on you" in those two days and decided you weren't worth her time.

Just go about your life and not waste any more energy on it. No confrontation. It would get you nowhere and if you did meet up with her later, would only throw red flags.
