Can breath be too fresh for kissing?

Anonymous
I'm going to visit my girlfriend for a couple of weeks for the first time as we're 1,000 miles apart but in the same country. It's due to her mom being crazy and my girlfriend takes care of everyone there. She's never kissed anyone before (we're both 22 years old, so don't come at me with "you're creepy"), I've kissed one person many times a few years ago but haven't since.

I've taken much better care of my teeth lately but I do wonder if it's possible that my breath can be so fresh that it's off putting because I have been told that wearing too much cologne and over applying it is not a good thing at all.

Like if I'd just brushed my teeth and everything 15 minutes or so before kissing, would the very fresh breath of the person be off putting to you?
