So my boyfriend and I don’t work at the same place but my friends told me how he would check out this girl when I’m not there and I didn’t think much of it since they said he doesn’t talk to her at all or flirt but now I find out that they slept together! Normally if it was some ramdom girl that he met at a bar or a club, I wouldn't think it was a big deal because at the end of the day he'll come back to you but because this is someone who will be in close proximity to him even afterward, there's a chance that something more will develop other than sexual interest. And that's just a matter of time. Better to cut your losses early and move on

First you should confront him and ask him about this. It also depends on how you want it to go from this point and on.
