Would you say it's normal or common for guys, men, with autism or on the spectrum, to struggle to get girlfriends?

It wouldn't surprise me if it's true, since I didn't really start dating until later than normal and didn't have sex until later than normal, since autism affects a person's social skills or social interaction ability and able to read social cues, overall, social situations.

I know people don't like to get into debates about who has it worse or who has it harder but I feel at the end of the day people are entitled or have a right to their opinion.

I like to believe autism is naturally going to affect men's dating lives more than women's dating lives due to how men have always been expected to do the pursuing and make the first moves or make advances towards women and take the lead, and plus it seems men are judged or valued or assessed on their social skills more than women are when it comes to attracting someone.
