Why are you even dragging her into the mix? What you're really asking is "should I be ashamed of being a weakling?" And the answer, barring any medical conditions beyond your control, is yes. Not because you can't lift X amount of weight or whatever, but because you're not being your best. It takes 30 minutes a day to build strength. That's 2% of the time you have available. If you can't even be assed to do some calisthenics for 2% of your day, you're useless... even to yourself.
