In other words he's tried to ask how four other girls before asking you out and got rejected by them. you were the first to accept.
Somehow you found this out... would this matter to you?

I'm not really sure how I'd feel about it. Everyone goes through rejection but if he really likes me and I like him then I guess I can get past it. I don't want to feel like I'm just an option to him.
I don’t know how I’d even know about the ones who turned him down, but it would make me wonder.
why would it make you wonder?
and thanks for answering
Not usually a problem BUT could be in certain situations, such as dating sites when someone seems like they are putting you in a holding pattern, and then suddenly one day they are very interested... like nope, you had me on the back burner until your other pursuits failed.
In person, wouldn't matter to me... cause I do the same kind of thing.
It would definitely bug me because it makes him seem desperate.
but you know guys go through rejection quite often right?
I'm not here to have the rejection debate. Everyone deals with it. It would bother me because it's like are you even interested in me or do you just want anyone you can get?
What would that can have to do to prove he really is interested in you?
that guy*
If we were already in a good place before me finding out I was the 5th choice I'd try to move past it.
in your opinion if a guy asks out his first choice but they reject him... what should he do?
I'm not saying he should give up. But he should take time and not just ask 4 other girls.
what if he did take time?
Then that's different. I'm thinking yiu meant he's just asking all these women out with no time in between
Well what is a long enough time for you before he should try asking another girl out?
I mean if he asks a girl out and she says no, I don't feel like he should ask someone else the next day 🤷🏾♀️
I would wonder why they turned him down and at the same time I would be aware that rejection happens. Besides I'm used to be rejected, so it wouldn't surprise me.
Well it means that he just wanted a partner, not me. I would have surely talked to him about this. However if he truly fell in love with me then it's something I can get over.
I would be heartbroken because ven my boyfriend didn’t want me I was his 5th choice? It would probably leave me heartbroken and in tears and I’d likely end uo breaking uk with him over it.
If I knew he dated me right after failing with another. Not interested.
But if I really like him, I wouldn't care, he'd be my treasure.
i would feel not as trusting anymore, become more questioning and on guard. My mind would go straight to what if im not the only one.
