Girls, how would you feel if you somehow learned that you were the 5th choice of a guy you were dating?

In other words he's tried to ask how four other girls before asking you out and got rejected by them. you were the first to accept.

Somehow you found this out... would this matter to you?

It would make me feel down that i wasn't his first choice

Hey rejection happens i can't really expect to be a guys first choice to ask out

I'd wonder why those girls turned down a great guy!

It would make me question the guy more. those girls probably had good reasons to turn him down

I'm not really sure how I'd feel about it. Everyone goes through rejection but if he really likes me and I like him then I guess I can get past it. I don't want to feel like I'm just an option to him.

Not usually a problem BUT could be in certain situations, such as dating sites when someone seems like they are putting you in a holding pattern, and then suddenly one day they are very interested... like nope, you had me on the back burner until your other pursuits failed.

In person, wouldn't matter to me... cause I do the same kind of thing.

I'm not here to have the rejection debate. Everyone deals with it. It would bother me because it's like are you even interested in me or do you just want anyone you can get?

Well it means that he just wanted a partner, not me. I would have surely talked to him about this. However if he truly fell in love with me then it's something I can get over.

i would feel not as trusting anymore, become more questioning and on guard. My mind would go straight to what if im not the only one.
