This question is to those who get asked out. why did you ultimately say 'yes' to the last person you dated? There might be more than one reason of course... but if you had to narrow it down to one thing that ultimately made you say 'yes' what was it?
Ultimately? He was a chef 😂 haha no it wasn’t that (maybe. slightly) it was because we grew a connection. He liked how chilled i was and mentally strong minded i was about certain things. He told me constantly I felt like home.
I didn’t say yes to dating though. He’s based in LA and travels around for work a lot (he is in Dallas at the moment). He is doing well.
The date? It was quite spontaneous.. he asked a mutual friend of ours for my number and contacted me (we had a dinner at a restaurant and my mate introduced us). I had a long day at work and he messaged me while i was finishing up and asked if i wanted to hang out over pizza and beer so i went. It was fun, we laughed heaps and conversation flowed. One thing i noticed he did was he served me first before he served himself. I find little gestures like that very sweet.

Initially I was going to say confidence but that wasn't the case.
They were just so absolutely genuine, I couldn't say no. They asked, and everything from their smile, to the look in their eye, to their slightly nervous body language, it was just so REAL. Like, no games, no motive. Just one person, interested in another, scared to death to ask them out and gutsy enough to do it anyway.
That's the stuff right there.

I think is a combination of A, B, and C. First, if this is a stranger asking me out, he has to be cute, because obviously physical attraction is the first quality that draws someone to another person. But second, he absolutely needs to show confidence, the are few things less attractive that a guy who seems completely unsure of himself, except maybe the stench of desperation on a man. Lastly, a guy who can naturally make me laugh w/o trying to tell some stupid joke, the kind of guy who can make me laugh without even joking at all… That guy, I’ll not just date… I’ll marry him!
Uhm he was determined to treat me with respect and treat me right, cause he felt I never really got the respect that I deserved in his eyes and after a while I started to open up to him, he then also showed me that he is a family man and cared for me and eventually I said yes

I think I’ve only been asked out twice out of all my relationships, I’m usually the asker, but I said yes to my partner because we’d already fallen in love with each other over a few weeks together and were basically already in a relationship without the title. Plus I’d already told him I was going to ask him out when I got back from my surgery out of town, so when I came back he asked me out before I could get a word in just to be cheeky.
Usually E, but sometimes if a guy is trying really hard and super nervous, I will say yes to him because he is trying so hard.
Being a shy person myself, I have sympathy for guys like that. The ones that come on really strong and blow me away, they don't get any of that. They have to impress me without coming across as an ass.
He asked me out several times but I always turned him down because of an age gap. Eventually, I ended saying yes.
Last guy that was "interested" in me was a guy from my work. He told me that he thought that my joy was attractive and he wished he could bottle it up and drink it every day.
He's currently ghosting me now.
Honestly I was bored. Didn't have any expectations but I decided to give him a chance because he was very consistent. We're married now.
She was a friend and I was going through a very rough period. So she wanted to get me out of the house for a bit.
That was three years ago. Now we're married with a baby daughter.

I've never been asked out Lol I'm still waiting for this day. Hopefully I'll be asked out or ask someone out in a different language.

It was just lunch. I didn’t think we had too much in common, but I had done her taxes and knew she was loaded.
