It's a little messy with my coworker. Am I overthinking or is this happening?

So this new guy that sits next to me at work. We ended up having a connection and my #1 rule was not to mess with coworkers.

But we ended up confessing our feelings to one another. But after this past Friday, he hasn't messaged me as much. We talk at work but it's a little weird. He's messaging my other coworker who talks to both of us. She has a boyfriend but messes with other guys.

I feel like he's trying to get with her because she's easy. She is prettier so maybe that's why.

What's happening? I think I want to talk to him and tell him nothing can happen because we're coworkers another part of me wants to see where it goes. I'm stupid. Help?
