Is a career woman still valuable in her 30s and 40s to men?

My cousin is 38 or so and dating or married to a gorgeous Ivy League educated guy with millions from a hedge fund career.

Her ex husband was also a gorgeous Ivy League educates multi millionaire with a hedge fund career.

My cousin is ugly but filthy rich from Wall Street career and a private business and her Ivy League degree and her father is filthy rich from a job and a business he owns even though his grammar is worse than a 12 year old because he’s an immigrant.

I have found over my years of experience. That it doesn't matter who the people are or their background or their beauty it's what's in their brain and in their heart. I have found the better CEOs can be women. most women are good leaders in businesses. I wish your cousin the best.

I don't get why women are so obsessed with their 20s. Most girls I've met my age are insufferable. All they care about is having fun and fitting in! Yay!! Hee hee!!

No, seriously. Women in their 30s are still hot. Most women in their 40s are still hot. Your youth isn't gone until you let it slip by letting go of yourself and giving up.

My girl is turning 34 in September and she's still as sexy and cute as the day I met her.

Not only do you still look good if you've taken care of yourself, but women in their 30s aren't stuck in their highschool mindset. They're way easier to get along with and spend more than a few hours with before I wanna jump off a bridge

Believe it or not, yes: it's not about sex or experience in the bedroom ALL the time.
I feel a woman can still be attractive with book smarts and business strategy and not just sex appeal and being superficial.

Men and women tend to date seriously whomever is elligible and 'around.'

Whether it's work, church, hobby club, friend of friends, finding single people roughly around your age group in a natural social situation can be harder than it looks. Most people are happy to date people they connect with, and you're more likely to connect with someone in your existing social spheres.

So yes, to career men, a single woman in her 30s/40s is valuable of he is also at that age as well and looking for someone to connect with and build a life with. Some guys are youth chasers, but I think most just want a woman who loves them, puts out, laughs at his jokes and is in good humor most days.

Yeah, but they aren't interested in just any guy- they are interested in one that is useful to them. But their age isn't a problem at all. She might even be helpful to his career if she can help him network more and expand his circle of contacts.
