I’ve heard from friends that when they were in high school in the early 2010s they got approached a lot more than they do now or even after me too started to gain prominence, after Weinstein and the Stanford rapist.

men, do you approach women less or more than you did prior to these events. I’ve heard from some guy friends they are more careful when flirting and talking to women but even when they’re talking to other men about women nowadays

Seriously I approach women way less... that's why I go online because at least there they are advertising a level of availability. So I spend 90% of time at work or at home... no women at home to approach... and I definitely would not consider or approach any women at work in todays climate.

I think Metoo was mostly just a fad. Especially since it quickly became so grossly abused!! A guy tells a girl she's pretty, she has to report him to Metoo! What a load of hysterical bullshit!!
It's a good idea IF it's used for the reasons it was created!!

As for being approached or doing the approaching, I've almost never had to worry about that!
