Is it weird that my boyfriend hasn't gotten his ex name covered up?

I asked him a few times to cover it up he told me he would get it done last month and he just needed to find a good tattoo artist he has not gotten it done, he hasn't schedule an appointment , looked for a tattoo artist or and he has not been bringing it up. should I keep bringing it up until he covers it up or give him another month? We live together now and I don't want to wake up to seeing a tattoo of his ex on his chest every morning. and since we have been living together he barely wears a shirt.
