I was dating a guy and his ex reached out to me on FB and said he cheated on her with me (I wouldn’t have known) and is being rude What should I do?

Apparently they broke up the day me and him met. I didn’t know he had a girlfriend at all. For context she’s 35 and I’m 26 and he’s like 40. So I’m sure she’s feeling like shit. I apologized profusely to her. Anyway she’s been saying things like about how she’s shocked he took me to nice places and that’s not his MO. And she said this in response to him taking me to nice places and how I said that’s just my expectation. It’s almost like she’s being weird competitive:

It is good to want that. I would never pay in the beginning of a relationship at all. If someone wants to split a bill on a first date there definitely won’t be a second date. I tried to keep things super quick and casual when I met Andrew because I didn’t want to commit to full dinners if it wasn’t a good date. I let him start taking me real places once I knew I wanted to actually be around him lol. But keep your standards high, it shows your high value, and many men are happy to take care of their women!
