How do I deal with this? I've been with my boyfriend for 2 years, but this other girl in our friend group (they were involved and he cheated on her with me) is much prettier than I am. I'm pretty, but she's like a model. In fact she is a model. My boyfriend assures me that I'm one-of-a-kind and the one he wants, but every time she comes around dressed to the nines, he stares at her. He insults her to me by saying she's not even all that and that she's too skinny, but I still feel insecure.

How can I stop feeling insecure and comparing myself to her all the time?

You need therapy. He is doing what he can to make you feel more confident, but the issue is in your head.
