Would he even miss me?

A guy (25) pursued me (23) for 6 months long distance, and while we never dated we both were really into each other. He ended things with me to pursue a relationship with a 19 year old at his college and I just can’t stop telling myself he probably doesn’t miss me. Is there any advice I could have on how to stop these bad thoughts?

I've been in a similar situation and let me just say, when they're with the other person, they're definitely not thinking about you. What I did is just hid all their posts so I never saw her or them. It's the whole, "out of sight out of mind" thing. Because I knew while she was in a relationship if I kept thinking there still hope for that relationship between us two worked it would keep driving me crazy. Which it seems to be the case for you because it sounds like you still really want to be in a relationship with him. But I'm telling you always having that hope it'll work isn't that fun. Maybe you guys do end up getting together anyway in the end but while he's with her. Mentally it ain't gonna a good time

He's with another woman. That should tell you all you need to know. Why would you even think about him anymore at this point? Move on.
