I feel like I'm worthless and I don't talk to girl's because I have nothing to give back 🥺🥺🥺

Also, that my lack of experience with anyone is big red flag. Last time I been on a date was in March and I got stood up. 🙃

So am I a bozo for not trying again 🤔

All, of this time I have been playing games, sleeping, reading books and manga. Also, been working more and barely exercising 😥

I've never been on a  real  date  When I was 14-15, the "dates" were chaperoned by mommy and daddy because neither of us could drive When I was 17, out of my mind depressed after my ex boyfriend dumped me in the shittiest way possible, some guy I didn't know personally who was friends with one of my other friends came in the library when I was an assistant in there and started talking to me, and I explained to him what happened and why I was depressed and felt like shit and I don't know, he asked me if I wanted to hang out two weeks later and I didn't really want to go, but I was afraid of looking like a disappointment and I was still in a very vulnerable state emotionally, so of course I was gonna want some kind care from somewhere, I don't know..  And when I did hang out with him, it was fine until he sexually assaulted me and I couldn't get away from him because we were in  his  car on  his  time, and it didn't help that I had no minutes on my phone. It took me crying to get him to take me home, and I felt like shit, even worse than I already did, and I know, it's my fault for going to hang out with him when I didn't even know him that well, but I really felt so useless and on the verge of suicide at that time and thought any kind of companionship would help, but I didn't know he was that terrible, considering how nice he acted before..

I think you're standing in your own way. You should go out and date and talk to women! Sure not everyone is going to like you but some will and you will never find someone, if you don't try.

Your lack of experience is not a red flag, you reading mangas and not working out, is also not a red flag.
Confidence and a clean look, being clean overall and polite but still true to yourself is always the key.

Your worth isn’t dictated by your dating market value; at least not entirely. Lots of great men didn’t date or mate. The best of us now don’t. It’s a fool’s game. Only fools play a game they can’t win. There’s an awful lot of insistence that playing the lottery is foolish coming from a culture that also insists we MUST play the dating game. Ell oh ell!
Consider some of the people you admire most, and why you admire them. Then set about emulating them in meaningful ways. If dating remains important to you, you’ll almost certainly have opportunities you can’t currently fathom. But if you don’t, at least you’ll have cultivated a personality and lifestyle you can admire.
In short: don’t increase your value in anyone else’s eyes. That’s not valuable at all. Increase your value in your own eyes. They can take it or leave it either way, but you’ll always be right there unable to escape yourself. So love it. Love yourself. You deserve it.

if it were just for the sake to just go out and date anybody, then yes... it would be quite easy to go out and start dating

but, I do not like it easy nor simple, I'm not a serial dater and I am not interested on that kind of stuff, I am way way more selective or maybe lazy because I don't really go out and seek for people lol... I just happen to stumble upon some incredible people, and then there are chances to get to know them better, I do take those chances from time to time, in average it was every four years or so... because that's about how long my relationships lasted, a few years each

now, if you are feeling worthless then all you have to do is something that is worth... do the effort, struggle with it, grow up from it

spending all, or the vast majority of your time playing with yourself is not the best way to spend your time, because is not giving you any chance to grow up at all

You also need to see yourself accurately. You aren't worthless by any stretch of the imagination and your self-worth should never be bound up with your dating status.

Find fun ways to make yourself more interesting to women. Guys who can dance well and have some musical or linguistic talent are generally very interesting to women, so think about taking up some new hobbies.

Last Friday. No, it is not easy, but that is because we live together and have trouble finding alone time away from the kids. What you are feeling is not uncommon among men your age, especially in your generation.

So, you mention your lack of experience is a red flag and then mention getting stood up. Did she stand you up because you lack experience? If so, how did she find out? You shouldn’t be letting on about that. If someone asks about previous experience just say you never kiss and tell.

It is incredibly hard to find someone, especially when you have the most basic of standards for a healthy relationship, but the lack of communication, everyone's unrealistic expectations, ghosting, toxic mentality, and most petty little things to deny people over, has become the mentality of the dating world. I very rarely get matches on dating apps (i just swipe right because of how dating algorithms are for men, and even with that its once every 2 to 3 months if they even say anything or just unmatch) and in offline, it's just as bad and my luck is horrible with dating. I haven't been on a date in 4 years and I've one ever been on 2 dates... my luck is that bad.
