Is it bad that I don't like my boyfriend's style anymore?

So my boyfriend has had a high top fade for literally the last 10 years even before we met. We went to highschool together and his hair outgrew and looked all boxy. Now he cuts it but still a fade. I'm just tired of it, I know I had hairstyles he might've didn't like on me but I changed it over the years. He even told me a blonde wig didn't suit me. I just wish he'd get another style. He sends me pics of a fresh cut but I just don't feel anything anymore about his hair.
