like no? They both help and it’s a joint process and responsibility. If they plan it- both parties are responsible for the child- if unplanned it’s just one party’s fault? Nope.

Now after all this- naturally, I would only think it be fitting to place a lot of the responsibility on the lady. She has to know, be aware, and have protocol. I would expect men to put a lot of the responsibility on their own gender, as well. They both need to be majorly responsible and not treat that like a joke- especially in the hectic teenage years.
I say ladies are to be held responsible, as they have more control over the situation, but sometimes they don’t and in that case we know it’s the male’s fault. If she is in control and gives warning to him and he overlooks that, it’s his fault. Otherwise, within her own means and control- if she slips up- it’s truly her fault.

Both. Assuming it's normal & no lies or anything involved, and ur talking about "at fault" responsible not "in charge of/has to take care of it" responsible. If one lies the other don't gotta use protection, then the other is only responsible for believing the lie. The liar is responsible for its consequences. & ofc if there's force then whoever forced is responsible for consequences. Who was forced is only responsible for... well prolly again believing lies, but that's about it. But yeah if it's actually consensual then both people caused it.
Unless ig there could be a 3rd person who's responsible. If some 3rd person like fucks w the protection or something, or they does some weird insemination shit unknown to the 2, then possibly neither of the 2 who actually made the baby would be responsible. The only way men could be 100% responsible is if women are too immature to be allowed to consent. If that were true, then that would mean women should be restricted in the same way as children.
