STAY WOKE
Well said- by older and wiser, so I just repeated my response to his comment here:
It’s like asking if the baby will just belong to the birthing person since they were the ones to birth it, or
If one of them orgasms- they did it themselves because they’re the one who orgasmed.
like no? They both help and it’s a joint process and responsibility. If they plan it- both parties are responsible for the child- if unplanned it’s just one party’s fault? Nope.
She just carries the egg in all honesty. It wouldn’t leave as a baby out of her, if it never left as sperm out of him and into her?
And the only way that could happen is if they both took off their pants without asking questions! Or using the right tools
Condoms help lower risk of std and bc help lower birth risk, as well as him pulling out or them both having access to a condom. They have THREE ways to not get pregnant and yet, if they do- I would have to assume there’s some fault to both sides. Equally.
The youth and unknowing will be stupid! The corrupt will be cruel! 👐
Metaphorical comparison:
it’s like getting mad at two people in a factory that make seatbelts, and each person clicks their piece to the other person and their piece. They both have to do it fast in order to get all of the manufactured pieces of the belt clicked and into the next station to be added to the car. 🚗
If one of them or both of them take too long on their part of the buckle, and they miss one piece off the ramp- it’s both their fault.
Sure, there are specifics in team game losses, but a team effort is a team effort- teamwork makes the dream work.
————————————
Now after all this- naturally, I would only think it be fitting to place a lot of the responsibility on the lady. She has to know, be aware, and have protocol. I would expect men to put a lot of the responsibility on their own gender, as well. They both need to be majorly responsible and not treat that like a joke- especially in the hectic teenage years.
I say ladies are to be held responsible, as they have more control over the situation, but sometimes they don’t and in that case we know it’s the male’s fault. If she is in control and gives warning to him and he overlooks that, it’s his fault. Otherwise, within her own means and control- if she slips up- it’s truly her fault.
Is birthing person is what we should call mothers now? God damn, I hate this planet 🙄
Both. Assuming it's normal & no lies or anything involved, and ur talking about "at fault" responsible not "in charge of/has to take care of it" responsible. If one lies the other don't gotta use protection, then the other is only responsible for believing the lie. The liar is responsible for its consequences. & ofc if there's force then whoever forced is responsible for consequences. Who was forced is only responsible for... well prolly again believing lies, but that's about it. But yeah if it's actually consensual then both people caused it.
Unless ig there could be a 3rd person who's responsible. If some 3rd person like fucks w the protection or something, or they does some weird insemination shit unknown to the 2, then possibly neither of the 2 who actually made the baby would be responsible. Some 3rd (or more) person could be totally responsible.
& while ur just being a prick here, u know "birthing person" is implied by "gets pregnant" right? So u could just say "if someone gets pregnant accidentally" and be normal about it yk. U wouldn't even have to say as poll options "birthing person or non-birthing person" u could just say "who got pregnant or who impregnated them" n be clear. Same like ud ask if someone gets injured in a fight, who's responsible: who got injured or who injured them. Woke people don't normally talk like they're conducting lab experiments lol.
1. "Birthing person?" Have you gone over to the dark side? WTF!
2. "Accidentally?" Really? "I'm so sorry, madam, but I had no intentions of ejaculating in your vagina! I don't really know how that happened."
3. Who's at fault? Assuming this isn't the result of a sexual assault, then they both consented to doing the horizontal mambo, and neither took responsibility for birth control, so they're both responsible.
Vote yes on levy 35 for birthing people's rights lol
Love it! And absolutely right on!
The irony is that not even Biden supporters use that term. it's mostly the fringe left AOC and Cori bush supporters.
Well said @OlderAndWiser !
It’s like asking if the baby will just belong to the birthing person since they were the ones to birth it, or
If one of them orgasms they did it themselves because they’re the one who orgasmed like no? You’re right- it doesn’t take two to tango in this instance.
She just carries the egg in all honesty. It wouldn’t leave as a baby out of her if it never left as sperm out of him and into her?
And the only way that could happen is if they both took off their pants without asking questions! Or using the right tools
Condoms help lower risk of std and bc help lower birth risk as well as him pulling out or them both having access to condom. They have THREE ways to not get pregnant and yet if they do- I would have to assume there’s some fault to both sides equally.

Birthing person, seriously? You mean a WOMAN, right?
Last I check men can not birth, even if they castrated themselves and had something else installed.
Don't you dare disrespect birthing people. How dare you. lol
Ha Ha Ha
Women dint magically get knocked up themselves and men don't magical become dads lol it takes two to make a child, always have and always with.. also wth is birthing person? You mean women Lol
The birthing person LMFAO. Mother. It’s both of them if it was consensual sex it takes two you know
The toll of parenting, oh how it weighs,
On tired shoulders and frayed nerves each day.
The endless demands, the never-ending chores,
The sacrifices made, the love that outpours.
But amidst the joy, the struggles do loom,
As partners navigate their way through the gloom.
The sleepless nights, the constant worry,
The stress and strain on the bond, in a hurry.
The choice to have children, or not to have,
Is one that should never be taken lightly.
For it's a decision that will shape one's life,
And the path that it takes, so rightly.
But all too often, the choice is taken away,
By societal norms or pressure to conform.
And parents are left feeling trapped and alone,
As they navigate the journey, feeling forlorn.
But it's important to remember, the choice is yours,
To have children, or not, and all that it entails.
For no one can tell you what is right for you,
But only you can truly know, what will prevail.
The birthing person because (insert the correct pronoun) were the one who made the decision to sleep with other sperm-creating person. (insert the correct pronoun) are also now carrying a possible human embryo which makes (insert the correct pronoun) responsible for embryo and, consequently, the pregnancy.
So it's the woman's fault? lol
🤣 yeah, this sounds like some twitter type insanity
Hey coach, why are my comments the only ones being removed? Lmao
@PainusNdeeAnus Not on my posts man.
@PainusNdeeAnus Unless it's the original commenter doing it.
It takes sperm to conceive. It takes two to tango.
How did YOUR penis's semen ACCIDENTALLY make its way inside HER vaginal canal and up into HER Uterus?
Does YOUR 'johnson' OFTEN leave YOUR trousers on its own, without telling you? Gimme a break!!! >:(
So you're saying it's her fault? lol
Since you noted both a "man" sex and a "woman" sex, your wokeness is slipping quite a bit. If a female gets pregnant, it is the fault of both individuals. As others have already pointed out, it takes two!
A refresher follows:
Fertilization/insemination occurs when the female's egg is fertilized by the sperm of a male. ( Whether you are talking ears of corn, puppies or humans, this is the way things work. Sorry about that). The fertilized human female eggs then divide into embryos, the first stage of development in new human beings. The nuclei of the cells contain all the genetic information necessary for the embryo to develop into an adult.
In reality both and neither.
If no birth control was used then they are both responsible for neglecting it.
If birth control was used but failed then no blame should be attributed as attempts where made to avoid conception.
The only time blame can be deliberately attributed to one person would be if one or the other lied about or sabotaged the birth control.
If the sex is consensual, then women are equally responsible for all accidental pregnancies. Everyone who can legally consent to sex also consents to the possible results of that sex.
The only way men could be 100% responsible is if women are too immature to be allowed to consent. If that were true, then that would mean women should be restricted in the same way as children. I don't believe this is true. Men are not 100% responsible for accidental pregnancies. I believe women should be held responsible for their own choices too.
please dont you use the word birthing person 😭😭
It has a ring to it don't you think?
It's both. A woman has to be willing to take off her clothes and allow a man to penetrate her and the man has to agree to take his clothes off and penetrate the woman.
No one under such circumstance isn't being forced so both are equally responsible.
Times it’s the man’s fault: he doesn’t wear a condom or doesn’t pull out
Times it’s the women’s fault: she lies about being on contraception or doesn’t say that she’s forgotten to take her meds consistently
Times they’re both equally at fault: when they choose to make a baby together.
It takes both so both are at fault. One all has to do is wear a condom or birth control.
A real man takes care of his children and if you don't you can be just like this:
I work in a prison a woman came to me said I need this guy. I went and woke up the guy and told him DNA baby you getting ready to pay. He says that was 10 years ago. And I said yes he 10 dumbas
Moral of this story. Pay now or really pay later when they throw your ass in jail for not paying child support
If a WOMAN gets pregnant accidentally. Only women get pregnant, what's that language you're using? wtf
If birthing people get it right
fuck woke people
Now Now don't be that way lol
lol, I'm sick of that gender bs.
The ovary owner. Those at the greatest risk bear the greatest responsibility to protect themselves. Should a prostate owner behave irresponsible and nor take precautions they can easily walk away. I
Not that easily.
What the fuck are you calling a “birthing person”? You mean a woman?
Show respect to birthing people. Be kind. LOL
Why are you not just typing “women”?
Obviously to get reactions like yours. Duh. Come on man.
Yes Sir. Thanks for stopping by.
Lol.
If a WOMAN gets pregnant, it’s mostly on her.
Just like it should be your responsibility to take care of your self. let’s say your bones are fragile. It’s not anyone else’s problem. You’re the one that needs to be careful of what you do that could potentially break your bones
Both the male and female are responsible for a pregnancy. Birthing person equals a biological female by the way.
How dare you. Be respectful.
Both are responsible, because there are ways that each person can independently prevent pregnancy from happening.
Is this offensive?
Unless the man sexually assaulted her then the woman is always at fault
Was it?
@PainusNdeeAnus What are you asking?
both people. What is this "birthing person BS? WOMEN get pregnant.
It's not BS for many. Please show some respect to the birthing people of the world lol
IUD is safe and reversible. No excuse to not have it when you want to go raw.
Or use protections and contraceptives.
Given the woman got pregnant from consensual, unprotected sex, both are equally at fault. However, if she got pregnant after rape, the one who raped the other is at fault whether she was raped or raped the man
It depends on the situation. Who is not taking care of it?
I have been in a couple of scary situations myself. You can be surprised how careless some people is out there.
For example in one instance the condom felt out, and she was unwilling to take any action about it.
So who's to blame? She of course.
Not to say I broke up immediately.
In other instance, this happened to my brother by the way, he found that the girl was puncturing his condoms.
Yeah, just like that.
If neither are using contraception and neither wants a baby then what do you expect?
Her fault for sleeping with him. His fault for not using a condom.
But age is also part of the equation.
Birthing person? I can see this question getting messy with the 100 plus genders.
Anyway, they are equally resonsible
Are you assuming the two people involved are a man and woman? Why not a birthing person and an impregnating person?
The women, she the only one that knows when she is ovulating, and can get pregnant. A man doesn't know when her cycle is. She should not be having sex when she is ovulating.
I don't know. I'm iffy on this topic. Yeah the man could've done better on not cumming inside a woman, but at the same time a woman should've used the birth control pills before her and the man have sex.
"birthing person" SMH...
This question has been reported for obnoxiously excessive wokeness.
Unless it's rape or you're the 1 in a billion lucky winner who happened to be in a pool next to a man with a little dribble going on, it's a mutual thing
In our society the responsibility usually lands on the women. The weight, responsibility, pregnancy and delivery fall on her. The other person gets away from the stipulations more often then not. That being said there are amazing men out there that take on the responsibilities, sometimes 100% step up because the mother cannot. Still, sadly in my opinion society does claim the women is responsible.
If you have a child as a male, you are legally bound to provide for them.
what or who the eff is a "birthing person"? like, a women? lol i will now refer to women as birthing people
Person with uterus.
No, stop it dude. All of this newspeech sounds terrible,
The birthing person is always responsible. Hilarious by the way
It takes two to tango!
The woman should always take responsibility over her own body.
There's no such thing as an "accidental pregnancy". The closest thing to that is a pregnancy you statistically weren't expecting to happen.
Both. And there should be an “abortion” option for men if they don’t want to be tied to a kid. Just as women have actual abortions, or should.
And again, women carry the damn thing in their body and everyone has a choice about their body.
If they were of legal age and both were consenting, then both are equally responsible.
To quote Woody Harrelson "I don't stop. we're the gas they're the brake"😆😆😆
Both equally responsible. Unless one was lying about using birth control. Then there would be more blame on that person. But in the end. Both are still responsible!
While men have some responsibility (I always use condoms) If the woman is sexually active and not using one of the 30+ methods of contraception available to her, then turning up pregnant then I have no sympathy, If early enough a D&C may be done.
Typical woman looking to justify to blame other side lol
The birthing person? Do you mean surrogate?
Birthing person?
I know, what a strange way to say woman.
bahahahahaha I thought you would like that.
Ha Ha Ha
It’s the storks fault!
Unless the man is a rapist then the woman is always at fault
Both are responsible
There are no accidents 🤣
It takes 2 to tango.
tequila
Both... unless it's rape !!!
Both the man and woman
Both are at fault.
All involved
Depends on how it happened.
The woman like 90%.
Wtf is a birthing person?
Wtf Cori Bush?
Who even says birthing person aside? not even Biden supporters do. your fringe left AOC gals do
