If Your boyfriend you've been dating for 2 years you live together, you bought a house together and you're on the verge of getting married. Got invited to a wedding and he's not allowed to bring a date. He's not really good friends with the person anyway. Would you be mad?
If you are the person being invited to the wedding would you go without your girlfriend? I personally wouldn't

It depends on some things. Like, did the folks throwing the wedding know that we're together? Does anyone get to bring +1s? Is this a really small wedding? Is the venue very small? Is the reception exceedingly expensive? If the answer to these is "yes" (or "no" to the +1 question) then I wouldn't mind. The choice wouldn't be personal, it's for a logistic, practical, or cost reason. I get that. I'd be fine if she went. But, if it were personal then I probably wouldn't. The middle ground is that this was a thoughtless oversight and I'd contact them and ask about my SO.

Shrug and move on. I've been to weddings so fancy I'm surprised they let me in even WITH an invitation; more than once, I've thought "This place wouldn't even let me park cars".

I also come from a big family where weddings are celebratory events (Mom once told me that at the cleanup after HER wedding reception, they found at least three bras), - and have noticed that for a lot of people, they aren't; it's just an excuse to wear uncomfortable clothes. The kind of wedding I'm not invited to is generally the kind I wouldn't want to be at anyway.

I would simply not go. If it's someone I or he barely interact with I could care less if I'm invited. I'll just make sure they can't come to my wedding because I'm petty like that 😂

I wouldn't care about not being invited. At the end of the day, we may live to together and brought a house, but we aren't married. If he wanted to go to the wedding, I wouldn't stop him.
