It doesn’t matter who I meet wether it be my girlfriend or a girl I want to date or just a friend. I will explain the three cases. 1. A girl that wants to be my girlfriend. The last girl that approached me for a relationship actually just got out of a relationship and was looking for a new guy to get over her ex boyfriend. She would about him to me. I was a rebound so the relationship failed. The next girl I dated ended up being abusive towards me. She emotionally and physically would hurt me. 2. A girl that wants to be my friend. She ended up sending me nudes while she was in a relationship with somebody else. I didn’t ask for them. She sent them randomly to me! I saw her as only a friend. She literally started cheating on her boyfriend nonstop as well.
It doesn’t matter the situation. All of the relationships I have had with girls have been toxic. From friendships to relationships. It doesn’t matter. I’m located in the United States.

It's hard to pull out numbers to make an average about any country but the key to your problem is for sure your ability to select women, not changing country. It looks like you didn't do any selection so far: you accepted a rebound relationship, and you accepted an abusive woman as well. Of course those girls may show their true colors not immediately but you can definitely smell hints of that in advance, and if not, at the first major signal you should not give them a second chance. It's bad to say but relationships are made in 2 and that is valid for abusive ones too in large part. Many abused partners don't leave the abuser because they think there is a chance he/she "will change", "will understand", etc. But that is not how it works, there are reasons rooted in them that bring them to be abusive, and they will be the same with their next partners for at least a decade. Another thing is about conflicts: any time you get in a conflict you should require to end it with a "plan", an agreement, a negotiation to respect. Putting things under the carpet harms the mutual trust, even if you forgive each other. Trust is much harder to regain than a situation of affection and commitment, once you learn your partner is capable of overreactions, you will keep remembering that, and that will affect the bond. Every new crap adds to that pile, until no trust is left, arguments increase, things get really heated up, until they explode. So the ability to select a partner, combined with your improved relationship skills, are what make a difference. If you expect it to work through just random gamble by picking another country, of course you will get more chances to get a toxic partner, regardless. This discourse is valid for women who cheat too: cheaters are always prone to cheat with any partner, so as soon as you get to know a girl cheated on an ex, absolutely run away from her. If she is quite a liar with other people, and tends to not take her own responsibilities in general when she causes some problems, is shady etc, then those are signals she might be a cheater too (not granted of course, but cheaters usually come with those similar traits). And remember you have a cost, a dignity and requirements.
