Men, Most men anyway who are successful and are in your age group are not interested in a woman who only brings to the table money. Most men do not want women who are masculine, who fill masculine roles. If we wanted to date masculine women, we would just be gay. Most of us are interested in women who are family oriented, who are ok with not working or if they do work its minimal. The reason for that desire, most men want a family, want children. The stereotypical successful woman simply is not mother material. Especially if they are career focused. I mean how could you be, if you only see the children for 2 hours or less per day?
When you ask that question, you should ask your self, why would a man want to be with someone who is basically a duplicate of them selves. Relationships like that are just not good.
Don't get me wrong here, if you want to be ultra successful, if you want to be a CEO, if you want to be the richest woman alive, More power to you, There is nothing wrong with that and nothing should stand in your way. Just dont expect men who make the same as you, who are as successful as you, to be interested in you.
