I wouldn't be surprised that men would hate hearing this, while women would like to hear this.
There will always be some sort of competition between the genders, rather than a showcase of empathy.
Also, how is it that women are more miserable than men based on this data? Could it be that women aren't actually getting the type of men they really want? And only settling with or dating/sleeping with whichever guy approaches them? (e. g. older and/or less attractive guys)
Neither side of young men or women are happy it seems. But for different reasons.

Absolutely until the young guys mature, age, and then grab the young girls like the current “30-40” year olds now. Their, the young guys, turn will come…
And yet, many sources state women are more miserable than men.
