Guys can you pls further evaluate what men means when they say this sentences?

I’m dating a guy recently. We met online and turned out we live in the same area crazy! When we chatted online we wanted to meet but also didn’t think we would look for romantic relationship because how do you know it will turn romantic unless you meet in person!

So we met in person and on the 4th date he said this..
—“ Every time I meet you it gets better “
In my mind I thought he meant to say I didn’t like you on 1st date but now each time I meet you it gets better? Women mind is quite different so I wonder how do men interpret this!


While talking baker his ex he said..
—“ When I break up I think I would never find love again..”
I believe by this it means he is heartbroken and he loses hope every time he breaks up and that he is happy he is maybe finding love again with me?

So far we have only kissed on the 5th day
Still it’s been 1 month so we both don’t want to rush since we are both looking for marriage.

I am glad you asked this, because one of them you are misinterpreting badly.

1. “ Every time I meet you it gets better" - This is the one you are misinterpreting. You're right you are thinking "like a woman" insofar as some other women would interpret this as you did. However, that is 100% not what he meant. Nothing about this in any way suggests that he didn't like you a whole lot the first time you met. He likes you more ever time you meet. He would be shocked and confused to find out you assumed that to mean he didn't like you much at first. That's not at all what he meant. Only that the more time he spends with you he finds his feelings for you growing the more he gets to know you. It is 100% a compliment. Not even a hint of any negative connotation. He assumes you know he liked you a lot the first time you met (I'll bet he even told you so at the time... I guess you forgot or didn't believe him? 😋)

2. You are correct in your interpretation here. The implication is definitely that he may be finding that love with you which he thought he would never find again.
