How about this: learn to build parts. There are online forums where you can learn to use equipment or you could take community college classes. Save up to get a 3d printer, a cnc machine, eventually a lathe. Or find an investor to help. $10-30k is enough to get started. Make parts that people need. You could make good money.
The list gets longer as u get older especially if the goal is to have a family
I would expect a guy to have a good job, house and car by the time he is 25. That is more than enough time.
