To both men and women:
1. Your actions/decisions have consequences, even if you don't realize those consequences until years later.
2. Never be in a relationship with anyone that has had casual sex if you want an exclusive LTR. If you participate in casual sex, don't expect a person that hasn't to be interested in you.
3. When in a relationship, don't make NEW opposite gender friends.
4. Be careful who you take advice from. Think about what their motivations are for giving you that advice.
5. Don't do drugs (marijuana either). It does negatively affect your judgement, intelligence, decision making ability, and it can affect your future kid's health (learning disabilities) even if you quit.
To men:
1. Insist on a prenuptial agreement if you ever get married.
2. Work out and learn to fight the best you can regardless of your size. It is your responsibility to protect/defend your future partner/family.
To women:
1. Don't take advice from women in their mid 30s or older that aren't already in an exclusive LTR for many years. They often see you as their competition and want you to make the same mistakes they made. They intentionally give bad advice.
2. Having a career or college degree is fine, but you should also look for a long term partner at the same time. After you pass 30, the majority of good men that want a family will not be interested because of biology/science and statistics. (Reality) No amount of wishful thinking will change biology.
3. Most men don't care about your career/income. A woman making $10k per year is just as good as a woman making $50k to the majority of men.
Remember there are 3.5 billion of them on the planet. It doesn't really matter if one rejects you, she is not special when you come right down to it. Also take an older guys advice. The best women are married off by 25. If she's still single after 25, there's generally a good reason no guy has locked her down yet. So after 25, take your time. Really vet her to make sure you didn't get one if the bad ones.
