Are there any legitimate dating sites for those who want to practice plural marriage?

This is a very serious question where I’m looking for some help or pointers in the right direction. I don’t want a hookup or a FMF or FFMF. I don’t want to play immature dating mind games or do any sick twisted stuff. I’m looking for truly biblical polygyny and marriage. I’m looking to date 1-3 girls in their mid 20’s to mid 30’s who believe in God, are very mature, kind, simple, not driven by pop culture or fashion, down to earth, forgiving, nurturing, and who want to be each other’s sisters, mothers, and best friends as wives. No marriage to each other or sexual relations between wives, only each wife in her own marriage to me. I’m looking for girls who are tired of not being able to find a man to love and cherish. Girls who are serious about creating a tribe and homestead where they will all be equal, safe from the world, respected, prepared and have a homestead that’s easier to manage, children that’s easier to take care of, their own career and hobbies if they desire, and the ability to achieve their own individual dreams/aspirations in life because we all are a team and take on equal burdens in the home together as equal adults in the family.

My problem is that I have not found any website or way to meet women who have this mindset, who can overcome any propensity of jealousy, and have the needed level of maturity. The few I have been on, sisterwives. com, polygamy. com, and modernpolygamy. com are all either hookup and play date sites, or mostly scam artists posing as women looking to marry.

What is a real and legitimate site or app for this, or where can I network to be in contact with honorable and likeminded women who are equally serious about this type of family and marriage arrangement?

Which I will add is unconstitutional and discriminatory especially since the Supreme Court has now ruled that LGBTQ can be legally married. The United States Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts has even alluded to the fact that the court would have to rule in favor of plural marriage should a case ever come before the court due to the fact that the government cannot pick and choose marriage types, but rather it must give equal application under the law.

In my case, and in the case of most people who are in plural marriage, usually only one marriage is “legal” aka state sanctioned while the others are spiritual marriages. All the same in the eyes of God, just that the state will only sanction one. This has been ruled to be perfectly legal by the federal courts at this point. But there usually has to be some sort of legal nuptial agreement with the other wife (s) aka marriage (s) so they have equal footing and protections.

As long as no women are forced to marry under duress, and as long as each wife consents to the marriage of the other in and of her own free will, where there is no manipulation, mental, or physical abuse, and most importantly that everyone is of legal age or older, really society should have no say in the matter otherwise. No different than the arguments that have been made for LGBTQ.

Ironically, it’s way more of a non-Utah thing. At least for the last 100 years. Mainstream Mormons hate people who practice polygamy. Even the very mention of it and they become very standoffish. They have a distain for polygamy. You are way more likely nowadays to see mainstream Christianity practicing biblical plural marriage. In fact there is an entire movement centered around it.

The reason why Utah decriminalized it is due to a federal case. First of all, people practicing polygamy under spiritual marriage only cannot be criminalized. The chart you are referring to by state is with regard to people that practice plural marriage by lying and saying they are not married legally by the state and then end up taking on a second wife legally by tricking the state or getting married in another state.

The case in Utah however involved the state trying to prosecute a guy and his wives for just being spiritually married only. So in other words as far as the state should have been concerned is that it wasn’t the states business. It would’ve been any different than a guy just living with more than one woman. A federal judge ruled that the state cannot dictate morality in the case of polygamy any more than they can with someone who just wants to sleep around. So the state lost and the family won.

LGBTQ is one person marrying another person, isn't that a bit different. What you're proposing is what happens in what we tend to consider backward cultures like Arab tribal customs and obscure Mormon sects.

I would consider it backwards if it’s used out of evil. So in other words in some Arab or obscure Mormon cultures, it’s practiced in secret and the wives are usually abused and treated as property. That is very much backward thinking and I would agree with you under those conditions. But why does it have to be negative across the board? Plural marriage is no more synonymous with abuse and backward thinking than monogamy. I can show you plenty of examples today where people are abused, objectified, and have a piss poor marriage under monogamy.

But what about the positive aspects of plurality? Even on this very website so many women complain that men who won’t even date them. Women all over the place nowadays complain that men don’t want commitment or marriage. Women also complain that they want to have a career or live their aspirations and hopes and dreams in life. So many monogamous homes nowadays result in women who have children and being in a state of depression because they are all alone while her husband works and earns a living. Home alone in a messy house where they can’t keep up. So why not have a home with multiple adults where everyone including the husband takes turns watching kids, cleaning, working, and giving each other a break, or having an adult be able to take a rest when sick and not have to worry about kids gutting the home. Or maybe a wife needs a break from the husband for a few nights. So he sleeps with the other wife for a couple of nights. Absence makes the heart fonder. I see it as a much stronger family if everyone can leave the jealousy and selfishness out of it. Everyone has their needs met. Why not if it works?

I would also argue that men are naturally not monogamous by their very nature. Many men will cheat, so why not have a society that removes the element of wanting plurality but because it’s taboo and in secret there is no construct for marriage and commitment where it can actually benefit a whole family. Where everyone’s are met but in an honorable way of propriety in marriage. Make no mistake about it, plural marriage still does not give up person a freebie to go out and sweep around. There still must be faithfulness to each marriage.

I think it’s interesting that society place is a taboo on plural marriage, but won’t recognize that people still through intent practice the same mentality but through cheating and sleeping around. And ironically the cheating and sleeping around is seen as the lesser of perceived evils.

Two thoughts:

I have never met a woman who wanted to share. In fact, women alway seem very intent on monopolizing their partner and his time in my experience. I acknowledge that women will accept having to share super high status men, but even then, I doubt they are pleased with it.

Secondly, I personally get exhausted just from one relationship with one partner, because honestly, as a man, there is some expectation that you will put the woman's needs first, and I just can't imagine having to do that with three women.

Oh I totally see where you are coming from. I respect that. It really takes a certain type of women and a certain type of man for it to work correctly. There can be absolutely no jealousy or selfishness a. k. a. like you said trying to monopolize time. The man cannot objectify or treat his wives as his property, and in turn the wives must have a realization of reality.

It’s certainly not for everyone. In fact I would argue it’s not really for most people. The construct of modern human society makes it almost impossible to live unless there is deeply rooted fundamental understanding of plurality in a family.

I have met many families however who do live it and they are genuinely very happy and extremely efficient as a family. The women love each other as sisters and look out for each other. There is no one upping or any type of competition. Other than the plurality, they are as modern and normal seemingly as any other family. You wouldn’t know they are plural on the surface. They just function in the home differently in terms of marriage and family internal workings.
