A rich girl gave me her number, what do I do?

I was travelling home yesterday when a girl got on and sat sideways on the subway bench, facing straight at me, and kept looking and playing with her hair.

Because it was just me and her on the bench, and she started playing with her hair, I finally mustered up the courage to ask her how her day went; we talked about horses, and I asked her if she'd like to get a drink sometime, she said yes and gave me her number...

She rides bigger already :P

But now I am lost and don't know what to do. I have texted her to say I was the guy she met, and she texted back with a ":)" mid message. She must be wealthy to go horse riding... I am not. What do I do? I really want my first girlfriend, but I wait for them to make the first gesture; she very much did, but I'm all looks (natural light blonde) and not much besides.

Any tips or tricks? We live only one train stop away evidently. Nothing to do in the areas tho

She may not necessarily be from a wealthy background, as some pointed out, but I am struggling to think of where to take her for a first date and how to phrase the offer over text/mobile.

What you will soon discover is that all of this will be an inefficient use of your time, energy, emotion and money. If I were you, I would move dating and females to the lowest priority, and place yourself and your life purpose at the highest priority. Take a look around at other guys your age, where are they going? what are they doing? are they on the road to financial freedom? are they on the way to owning their own place?

by the way, you don't have to be rich to ride horses. Owning horses is expensive, but some people just pay to go riding at stables from time to time. I did that for a while several years ago. It was inexpensive, less than the cost of going out to dinner.

Riding horses doesn't mean she's an heiress or even cares about wealth. But if you're worried about what to do when taking her on a date you can always go for consideration/sentimentality over places that seem expensive. Try a picnic rather than a fancy restaurant or a walk on a public beach/park/etc. Lack fo financial resources won't pose a problem unless it makes you insecure (or unless she's extremely superficial).

I'd say she's pretty clearly into you, so just go for it and have a nice time. (And lowkey you can always google cheap date ideas. A lot of them are actually really cute and just about any women who's interested in something real would prefer a heartfelt and thoughtful experience than spending the evening with a rich snob.)

Phone calls can hold a certain level of emotional intimacy that some people prefer to limit to those close to them, though some people don't care and it can be very specific to the individual. If you want to start calling/face timing before you meet in person that's an option as well, but it's more common for people who are meeting via online dating as a means of checking for cat-fishing. If you're going to call, text to ask permission first. If she says yes, ask her what time is convenient or suggest a time. If it doesn't work for her, she'll tell you. But I think most people text in this situation. so that's likely what she'll be expecting.

Once it is apparent you are both paying attention to the conversation in real time, ask if she wants to switch to a phone call or video chat.

It's 4 days since you asked this question so I hope you've acted by now. As for date ideas, I suggest you take a piece of paper and make a list of places you can go and things you can do. Everything from playing a card game to a walk in a beautiful area. Than pick three or four of your favorites and offer her two of them "Would you prefer to ____ or ______"

Don't try to overdo it and show something you're not. Just be yourself and try your best to be relaxed. A woman tend to be more attracted to men being comfortable about WHO they are.
