Phone Call First Date RED FLAGS?

we met online and had our first phone call within one day, started chatting and i realized he talks a lot... went on and on... i liked what he was saying and agreed with him but it gave me a sense of unawareness on his end, like when we were on the phone i dropped a glass bowl full of food and he addressed it but then quickly proceeded to talk while i was struggling to clean the glass and sweeping up... is this a potential problem? I liked him otherwise!
