How do I confront my boyfriend?

I have access to my boyfriend's email on my laptop. Sometimes when I am bored, I open it and look through the emails that he is getting. I know it is wrong but I do not have any deeper intention behind that, I am just nosy. But today I noticed an account verification email from Tinder that he got two days ago. He is currently in his hometown while I am in mine, so we are in different countries. How can I confront him about it without actually giving away the fact that I read his emails?

I get those emails from Tinder and Facebook and everything else when I'm not nor never have been on those platforms plus all kinds of other crap emails that a girlfriend would see as well not good
Fact is companies (should be illegal ) get ahold of an emails they will send their crap and they will sell your emails address to other companies and they will sell it on and on
You can not hold those types of email against someone, now if he is actually on tinder he will soon realize what a pile of shit and how expensive it is a quickly get off it
One more thing you know its wrong to look but what you dont know is you a looking for thing to get mad over you are creating an atmosphere of mistrust in your relationship do to your insecurities which will grow like a cancer and destroy your relationship
