I been dating this guy for a month or 2 now and since the first link we been together latched to the hip everyday, but before we even started talking I know he was known as a hoe sleeping around and messing with multiple women but he been saying he’s trying to settle down with me so I always have a back thought like he’s cheating , I just need some advice what I should do he said he’s been sleeping with me and only me and it’s getting annoying asking him about others but I can’t stop having a back thought in my head

If he has been fornicating and copulating with other women before and has a reputation of being a manwhore, then you can rest assured that this situation will remain for a long time and will not disappear just by miracle.

It would be illusory to believe that YOU are the one that will make him change. One cannot change a person on command and you will have a rude awakening if you believe it.

Unless he recognizes that he has a serious issue and takes active steps towards changing, something like seeking the assistance of a therapist, then don't believe a word of his statement and promise. It just does not happen.
