Is it legal for your boss to fire you , if you reveal to people he’s having an affair at work?

I did it because a girl in HR was close to accusing me of sexual harassment and she was having an affair with the boss in the process. The boss was the married one. There’s already a racial profiling and job discrimination case on him.

You’ll never prove that’s why he fired you. They will just claim you were fired for sexual harassment reasons. Ratting on the boss is never a good idea even if you have the goods on him.
So why were you close to being charged with sexual harassment?

The sexual harassment wasn’t filed she just was uncomfortable. They told my company that I was spread the rumor. They claim they suspended me because they know if they fired me while I have a discrimination case on them that’s a violation. Well a suspension is a violation and they won’t let me come back so they basically fired them. I got the job from an agency and the head at the agency thought that the racial profiling was good enough to file. Idc what the supervisor on the job thinks

Australia. We have laws in place for unfair dismissal as well as discrimination. Companies can be in huge trouble if they have been found to be discriminating against people because of their race, culture, etc

If somebody’s gonna accuse me of sexual harassment and put the white man on a pedestal I’m gonna expose them. I got the job from an agency so that wasn’t much of a loss for me.

I shouldn’t have asked this question because there’s a case on my ex supervisor right now, and it is against the law to retaliate to during that process and he went straight to the HR office when I said I’ll write a company review. It’s also illegal to retaliate on a Google review.
