Many guys at my job show interest but they are mute and don’t talk. They stare at you from near by or afar, or walk near your table many times on purpose to show they like you or ask for help many times as excuse for you to notice them. They will also on purpose walk near you , but don’t talk.
only very few social guys have talked to me but that’s because they are not shy they are very very social.
I’m 26 and never had experience to be approached by men. Only at my old job when I was 18 this guy talked to me and shook my hand as he liked me but he wasn’t shy like these guys at this current job I have.

Guys in general will see many women throughout the day that they find very attractive. They might stare or come closer but that doesn't mean they want anything more. I don't think women understand every attractive woman is competing with pure freedom...
Because it’s a professional environment and you aren’t there to socialize.
At my job everyone is socializing all day 24/7 in that place. It’s normal at my job many people find bfs gfs at my job too
If that’s the case then I’d encourage you to ask some guys out and try to see them outside of work
Why they don’t talk tho? At my old job the guy that shook my hand and talked to me he was my boyfriend for some time. He wasn’t shy at all and at this current job none of the boys talk and it gave me mixed signals confusion as I’ve never seen this before
I neevr approached any of the guys as I thought they didn’t like me as none of them approached me and talked.
They are focused on work and they don’t find you attractive enough to hit on you
Seems like you are waiting to be approached. But if that’s not working out then start talking to them first
But they stare daily at me and keep coming near me on purpose so how is that not being attractive enough?
They probably also look at other people. Guys and visual. There may be girls there or outside of work they find better looking.

Like I said. Girls can get into romantic relationships with guys who find them attractive. Those guys can still like the way other people look.. but they connect with their girlfriend and show up for her exclusively

At my old job 10 years ago no guy was shy. The guy that liked me talked to me. Here everyone just walks near u on purpose to show they like you or do that so u talk to them first.

Last wk, he randomly on purpose walked in front of me. He went to the cafteria then walked out fast like to make time for me to walk there. So we crossed paths but I didn’t talk to him. I was staring at him and he didn’t look at me and I was like wtf.
He never eats in that cafteria and randomly walked in and out of there to be able to walk in front of me….
