Is my boyfriend controlling or caring? Is this a red flag?

I just moved in with him, and the relationship is going great but there is one thing...

He makes sure that I'm always dressed warmly before I head out for the day.
That means my Canada goose jacket, a beanie, gloves, and scarf, and thermals under my pants and sweaters. It's only fall and it's not even that cold outside

I'm great on chilly mornings, but by the afternoon, I'm getting a little flushed lol. Especially with double layers!

Am I complaining about nothing? He's being sweet I think he likes being protective of me. And I like being protected. I'm having so much fun, should I just go with it?

Yeah, he just doesn’t want you to catch a cold. He’s trying to look out for you. I’d consider this a caring gesture.

Just sounds like regular caring behaviour. I wouldn’t see that as a red flag or something to be concerned about.
