Why can’t someone ever come up with this answer of why you can’t judge a book by it’s cover?

The reason looks can be deceiving is because it’s easy to make judgments by what is visible to our eyes 👀. As it is looks and/or physical appearance matters. They’re just not everything that matters. As for me in the dating world without exception, looks matter to me. If a woman isn’t physically attractive then her personality is meaningless. What’s on the inside means nothing if someone or something isn’t physically attractive or beautiful.

Well, that's the way YOU see things. Others don't! I've met a couple girls that, on first look, I wouldn't want to fuck but, after I get to know them and they seem to show a very nice personality, I get more interested in wanting to be with them.
A lot of people take a look at me and think I'm some kind of freak but, once they take the time to get to know me, they find out that I'm the complete opposite, if not better, than what they assumed I was. It's the same way with Alice Cooper. They see him on stage in that persona he portrays and they think he's always like that but, off stage, if you're just hanging out with him, he's just a kind, sweet, friendly guy that you could trust your babies or your grandmother with!
I told, here, last week, of an incident I had several years ago where I got on a bus home from work and sat near the driver. In the back of the bus was 4 or 5 teen girls making all kinds of noise and, as soon as I got on, they started laughing and making jokes about me and/or my looks. After a few minutes, they all came up front and started to pick on me in person: asking stupid questions, trying to get me pissed off or make me out to look as stupid as they thought I was. After a few moments of this, they realized I WASN'T the weirdo they thought I was and found out I'm a really nice guy! By the time I got off the bus a couple minutes later, they were quite nice and civil towards me! THEY learned that you can't judge a book by its cover!
Quite often, when my band plays a gig, especially out of town, there'll be a house party after the show and people at the party that only know me to see me on stage think I'm some kind of wild man and a big druggie and drinker, like Keith Moon. They soon find out that I'm about as kind and friendly as a puppy and that I DON'T drink, smoke or do drugs! Quite often, they tell me THEY wish they could be like me!
